Interview
The process took approximately 3 days, included 2 interviews: first one was group interview of 10 girls. Second one was one on one with a hiring manager. The manager was so great to us. She shared her experiences with VS, how everything worked, the structure of the company. She made sure that we all got turned to talk about ourselves and our opinions. We did the role play of VS products at the end. This was where you needed to be creative.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
