Interviewed once and was called a week later with job offer. Interview took about 20 minutes. Interview was short and sweet. People walked in and out of room during and employees were pretty loud

Question 1
Various "how would you handle situation" questions, I.e. How would you handle theft in store, how would you handle an irate customer, How would you greet customers coming into store
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
