I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Columbia, MO) in Dec 2013
Interview
The interview was conducted in a group oriented setting. The manager was super friendly, knowledgeable, and excited about the brand. After the questionnaire portion was complete, we were put out on the floor for about five to ten minutes to get a feel on the company's customer service values and policies. We were also able to take a tour of the floor and of the stock room.

Question 1
If a customer was unfamiliar with the shopping here, how you would assist in helping them?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
