I first interviewed with a recruiter, Then a phone interview with a District Manager, Then a Phone interview with a Regional Manager, then a face to face interview with the district Manager. It was all informative information. Be prepared to talk about past experiences, why you want to work there, what you will do for them, What you can bring to the table and have lots of questions for your interviewers
