Straightforward. You can find a lot of the interview questions on YouTube to prepare - make sure to be confident and enthusiastic so that they can see how your “vibe” will fit with Victoria’s Secret. Make sure that you know about their bra catalogue very well and can explain why it’s your favorite.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
