I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret
Interview
Easy. Just be peppy. Smile and wear all black and nice make up. Manager admitted that the pay wasn't glamorous... pay as with most retail situations was ludicrous. Even if you work there for years and are one of the top associates your pay does not get better

Question 1
I recall getting asked what I would do if I got bored
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
