I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (New York, NY) in Jan 2014
Interview
The interview was very laid back, they asked you basic questions and were more interested in your personal being rather then your work experience. It was a group interview so it was nice having more people to feed off of when it came to answers.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
