Received a phone call to schedule an interview shortly after dropping off application in person at the store. I was interviewed with two other girls by the store manager, and was called shortly after with an offer for position. Easy interview overall, they are looking for selling skills and good customer service experience. Passion about the brand is a plus too.

How would you greet a customer coming into the store?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
