It was a group interview(I wasn't expecting that) They ask general questions and you have to answer I was the one speaking up putting myself out there and my experience while everyone else kind of stayed quiet and shy so I got the job out of the whole group. They want some one with outgoing and upbeat personality.

How would you handle a situation where a coworker is giving discounts to friends or family?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
