Interview
Three interviews. First one was a group interview, the other two were individual interviews on two separate occasions with two different managers. The only thing that was annoying was the one of my interviews got canceled and they didn't notify me until I actually go to the store.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
