Mostly group interviews buy it can be individual. Wear a nice neutral outfit, preferably all black and white with dressy shoes. Call backs for second interviews aren't standard but can happen so be prepared.

Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
