I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Gainesville, FL) in Sep 2011
Interview
Group interview. 6-7 women with one manager. The manager asked a question and each of us gave our own answer. Very chill interview. All of us except one got hired. A few of us stayed as permanent part time employees. I was let go at the end of the season (Fall)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typical sales interview questions. Scenario questions. ethical and moral questions and scenarios. shoplifting questions (what would you do if given the chance to get away with shoplifting, etc)
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
