Phone interview then meeting to discuss previous experience in retail and how i would be a good addition to the company. Talking about theft in the store and how i would handle the situation. as well as what examples of good conduct in the work place would look like. we also discussed what my capabilities as an associate were and how i would grow my skills to accommodate the work environment

Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
