Interview
I turned in my application, and they called me in for an interview. It was a group interview, and they asked the basic questions: Why work here? What's your experience? How would you describe yourself?
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
