They called, had me come in for a short interview with very basic questions (Why VS, tell about a tough customer experience, Walk me through your resume , what’s your availability like). They called a few hours later to send over new hire paperwork and make an offer

Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
