I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Moreno Valley, CA) in Oct 2012
Interview
Group interview with around 7-8 people. They ask questions and you have to differentiate yourself from all the other interviewers by either answering first or having a really good answer. Personality is definitely a plus when interviewing here they want someone who can fit in with the company. Overall it is an easy process you walk in ask for the manager get an application fill it out asap and turn it in they are always bring in new associates and you can always reapply if you are in good standing with the company. Overall its an easy process it's all about being personable, and knowing what honesty means to you. They are big on if you see something wrong say something, and always striving to do the right thing.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
