Probably one of the most extensive interviews I have done. I was really asked questions, and given information that with most interviews I have to ask once the process was over. I felt very confident with this interview.

Give me one example of a time that you went above and beyond for a customer.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
