They do group interviews which can be very hard to put yourself out there if you are shy. They ask the group questions and everyone gets a chance to answer but if you are more reserved they might not remember you so make sure you have good answers that show you know what you're talking about.

Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
