I applied on their website, and I called them about 2 days later to see if they got my application and they gave me an interview time right away. So I went home and studied some interview questions and it turned out to be a group interview and I nailed it.

Question 1
They asked me to tell them about myself, how I work with customers, a time when I had the best shopping experience at victories secret, and why I wanted to work at victorias secret.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
