I applied in-person. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Buffalo, NY) in Oct 2019
Interview
It felt more like a conversation than interview. Maybe it’s because I knew a lot about the brands products prior. But it was simple questions, why do you want to work here, how would you sell let’s say, a perfume to a customer. Etc.

Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
