Interview
It was a group interview for seasonal hire. They asked a series of questions which were pretty easy if you ask me. Granted, this was 8 or so years ago but I'm sure the process is similar.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
