Interview
I called the store and wondered if they have Received an application from me. We then proceeded with a Phone interview. The usual questions were asked. She asked about 5 and the interview lasted about 15 mins. She then asked me to join them for orientation.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
