I printed the application at home and turned it in with my resume and cover letter. I was called the next day and scheduled an interview for two days later. The interview was a group interview with three others. They called me within an hour of leaving to schedule a second interview. The second interview was one on one with a male manager. At the end of the second interview I was offered a position.

What is the difference between service and selling?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
