Hiring and Interview process was quick. I was a student and went in to request an application. I don't really remember all the detail, because it was a while ago, but I remember have orientation within a few days and starting immediately. The orientation included a small to med group of girls.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
