Group interview was initial contact at their job fair. Interview process was fairly easy and if you were upbeat from the start, it was easy to move on to the next phase. However, stand your ground about RTOs and wages.

No difficult or unexpected questions. All typical of any retail store.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
