I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret
Interview
I walked in and asked about an application. The manager told me they were looking to hire at least 3 new people. I turned the application in about 4 days later and they signed me up for an interview on the spot. The interview was about 20 minutes and was professional. I heard about getting the job less than a week after the interview. The whole process took about 2 weeks.

Question 1
How would you conduct a bra fitting and what would be most important to help the customer feel comfortable while getting one?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
