Initial communications to set up my interview were disorganized, but the group interview itself was more oganized and lended to the team aspect of working for this company. the hiring and training processes were extremely fast and smooth compared to the interview process.

Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
