The interview and hiring process went by really quickly. Just be yourself! They love those who come in with a really positive attitude, that'll get you the job immediately. You have to show that you want to be there.

Q: What skills would you bring to the store that would benefit, not just you, but your coworkers as well?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
