I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Louisville, KY) in May 2013
Interview
My interview was one-on-one with one of the store managers. She was really sweet and just told me about herself and asked me about myself. Honestly I don't even remember most of the questions she asked because we were basically just having a casual conversation. She thought I was outgoing so she said she'd check my references and call me in a few days!

Question 1
Would you be comfortable working with women who are trying on bras? Can you be sensitive to their feelings about their bodies?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
