I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret in Jan 2013
Interview
Applied in person in November, received a call in January to come to a group interview. Consists of 2 other women and myself. Each of us were given a chance to respond. Very comfortable but professional interview. She told us she'd check our references and gave us the option to change anything on our applications. Received a call 5 days later and was offered the position.

Question 1
Why is it important to have a wide bra collection? Tell me about a time when a store didn't have your size. What's your experience in retail?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
