Interview
Went for a Part Time position and was offered a Supervisor position when the interview was done. Interview first went for approx. 20 minutes over the phone about your current and previous job. The next step was a face to face interview with the Store Manager which went for approx 1 hour. Last step was an interview with the Area Manager. Overall the whole process was very quick.

Very comfortable initially. First interview easy going and convenient. Second interview a bit more stressful. I had to go to a panel interview with 5 leaders in the business, from store managers to district manager.

Interview
I interviewed as a supervisor with the hiring manager then a few days later with the store manager. Next was an interview with another store manager since dm was on vacation. They were friendly and asked scenario type questions. Since it was my first management position I felt the training they gave me was lacking. You learn as you go really.
