Interview
Earlier in March I walked in and applied. I gave my application to the manager who then told there was a group interview coming up later in the month and asked me if I would be able to come and I took the offer for the interview.When the interview date came it was me and 2 other girls and the manager. The manager asked us about 4 or 5 questions about ourselves and questions about experiences we've had with customers. Took about 45mins.

How would you handle a customer who says "I'm just looking." and doesn't want any help?

Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
