Interview
I filled out an application and gave it to the manager. I was called back 3 days later on a friday to attend an interview on Monday with another girl. Funny, because I applied to a second VS location and got called back for an interview too! Honestly, it's not bad at all. I was incredibly nervous at first, but really, all you have to do it show your personality!! I cannot stress this enough, this is key in what they are looking for, and they even state that. They ask simple questions, you just have to be prepared to answer within a few seconds.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
