Interview
I asked the manager if they were hiring and on that day received an application. The next day I came back and turned in my application. The day after that I was called and given a time for an interview (that same week). I interviewed with the manager, who was very pleasant, and she asked typical sales interview questions. Positive overall experience.

Name a strength and how it would be applicable to being a sales associate?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
