Very chilled process. First interview was on the phone where we discussed prior experience then had a short informal group interview to go over expectations of the job, availability and the different roles etc.

What experience I had, particularly around customer service
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
