The interview for a regular sales associate is usually done in groups. They ask you questions like if you were in this sales position what would you do. They also ask about life accomplishments and talk about times when you were under pressure to succeed.

What is one life goal you have achieved and how did you achieve it?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
