Victoria's Secret Customer Service Representative interview questions

The interview was a phone interview that was fairly simple. They asked previous work experience and to speak on dealing with a difficult work experience and how to navigate it.

Phone interview, standard STAR questions. Was told they would be in contact within the next week or so to move forward with an additional interview, and I never heard from anyone again. I didn't have any information to follow up with the phone interviewer, I am not sure what happened.
