I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2011
Interview
group interview to begin with, which is kind of awkward and uncomfortable depending on how the other people present themselves during it. the interviewer herself was fairly young and novice at it. Some of the other people took it seriously, which adds to the overall experience. other people just seemed like they didn't care, which is kind of a downer though it makes the serious candidates look good.
