Victoria's Secret Assistant Manager interview questions

30 minute phone interview with two recruiters. Getting a general idea of my skillset, interests, and past experience. They were very kind and were specifically interested in experience driving KPIs, hiring, and coaching.

Was very short. Pleasant. Informal. Less than 20 minutes. Standard questions. The interviewer was basically looking for anyone reliable/dependable with supervisory ability and basic knowledge of retail functions and procedures.
