Interview
First the recruiters send me vía e-mail an technical detailed formulary with all my experience with differents degrees of selections. Also i had to describe the type of manager i will be. All this information vía this formulary. In the interviews (the next week) i din´t know the company employer yet. I didn't research into type of job position (¿what exactament do an PM?), this was my error. Also the times was so quickly for me. You, like candidate must see this aspect. I understanded the job position in the interview and I din´t defend my skill very well. I feel very bad because the job position was a good opportunity for me, to change the type of job, one with reporting people of other countries, with high degree of responsability and in the segment of technical markets of the comunications and internet. I expect other people help this simple advice.
