The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Verizon (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
3 steps. straightforward. Just be on your P's and Que's. Be confident and have sales experience. They seem to put a high premium on being coachable, flexible and a team player.
They do a video interview where you record yourself answering the questions. It was maybe a 30 minute process but it wasn't to bad if you have a phone computer or tablet.

Question 1
Tell us about a time when you dealt with a difficult situation how did you deal with it and what was the outcome?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Verizon (Columbia, SC) in Feb 2018
Interview
I advanced through three parts of the interview process. There was a thorough personality assessment, then a phone interview, and finally an in person interview. To my surprise, I interviewed with a panel of three long time district wide managers. The interview lasted about 45 minutes, and the questions were based on my knowledge of the brand, technology in general, behavioral styles, and my views of the culture.
