Verizon Networks Engineer interview questions

Filled out online application, then did phone interview about 1 week later. Scheduled face-to-face interview with 2 managers in department. Interview was of average difficulty with questions about background job experiences. The managers were impressed with my job skills and told me they would get back with me in 2 months when the project was to start. Did not receive any call back, now going on 3 months since interview. The HR manager for Verizon in Tulsa continues to constantly post and close multiple similar job postings, but I am unable to get interviews for these openings even though I am well qualified and had a prior positive interview.

Phone screen with recruiter asking for interest. Phone meeting with manager and developer asking a mix of behaviorial and technical questions. The questions were fairly simple if you had a basic understanding of SQL and web development.
