Multiple interviews over the phone with different levels of HR, then one in store interview. The in store interview is dependent on the manager. In my case, it was better to have a conversation than a question / answer format.
They're looking for customer service experience or a way to relate to it. Someone who is nice and friendly and knows how to hold a conversation and ask questions is going to stand out.

Please explain a time when you helped a customer who wasn't happen in some regard. How did you handle the situtation / what was the outcome?
I applied for the position on the Verizon website. A few days later I received an email from a recruiter to set up an over the phone interview. The interview went well and he decided to have me interview w/mgrs for two nearby stores. My first is Monday.
