I applied online. I interviewed at Verizon in Jan 2022
Interview
First I did a test where it almost judges your personality and you select which side of the spectrum you fall on. I guess, if you match the type of person they are looking for they then sent me an email to schedule an interview via Zoom with a potential hiring manager who asked me some light technical questions about data structures and some general questions about me. A week later I got a call that I got the position!

Question 1
Can you explain a binary search tree and an example of a problem or project in which you have utilized it?
Pre-interview. Details about an upcoming opportunity. However, didn't pursue, since it was onsite. I prefer remote. They are a good company, but lack remote HR opportunities. Hopefully, one day they will need to hire more remote HR employees.
Applied through a placement on campus. Process was very quick. Coding Test followed by technical interview and then a HR interview over the phone. Technical round was just questions no live coding
