Verizon interview questions

Applied online and had to take a very long personality quiz. 2 weeks later I was approached by a recruiter that set up and interview with a local store. After interviewing twice over zoom, there was yet another personality quiz. I guess so they can tell whether or not you'll physically assault a customer. Another 2 weeks later I was contacted by the recruiter that I did get the job and that the store manager would contact me in the next day to set up a start date. The manager contacted me almost a week later.

Verizon uses the star format for interviewing. They ask you provide them with a situation, task, action, and result. I did not find the interview to be very challenging. The interview is a panel interview.
