I applied online. I interviewed at Verizon (San Jose, CA)
Interview
The entire process took about a month. You are in control of when your interview is. You have to pass the initial phone interview to proceed to the with the store manager. The store manager will then contact you to schedule the zoom call. I applied to two stores and had to interview for each store separately. Imagine my surprise once I realized the interview questions were identical. So there you go! If you apply to multiple stores then you will have multiple interviews with similar/the same interview questions at every location.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself? Tell me about a time you had to deal with an angry customer. Tell me about a time you contributed to your team to achieve a goal. Role play: Pick a product and sell me as if I was a customer who just walked into the store.

Interview
Screening call followed by two interviews, one remote and one face to face. Good communications between all parties and the talent scout was very proactive. Overall a positive interview experience.
