I had my 1st phone interview today with verizon. It wasnt as bad as i thought it was going to be. Next step assessment test. I've heard this can be a long process with 2 or 3 interviews, on the phone and in person. If anyone has taken the assessment test for verizon I would greatly appreciate any advise and/or tips. Next training class starts August 11th, I hope to be in it!!!

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Verizon (Orlando, FL) in Sep 2021
Interview
It was pretty standard. It was virtually done since I applied for a WFH position. The role play process was ok, but definitely different than your standard STAR method process. But other than not it was fine

Question 1
They provided a scenario and I had to role play it out as if I was the agent
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Verizon (Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2021
Interview
The interview was through blue jeans and you’re asked to do two role playing scenarios, on camera. They provide you with the information prior to the interview. It was really fast and I heard something back a week later. The onboarding process was tedious, my start date got pushed back so many times. That’s the only thing that I would say was complicated
