Interview
I went to the building and talked with an initial person from Human Resources. Then, I waited to take a test on the computer, very hard, including logic questions, multitasking questions, survey questions, and typing and dictation. After that, I had two more interviews, all of the questions were asking about how I responded to different situations. I was told I would be contacted later on in the week. The next day I had a call that they wanted to do a telephone interview with me.

Interview
The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

How would you handle an angry or disgruntled customer?
Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
