Verizon Internship interview questions

Pretty lengthy interview process for an internship...2 phone interviews and 2 in-person interviews. Other internships in my department didn't have as many though. There were a lot of behavior based questions (it seems like a big part of the interview is seeing if you'd fit in) and "target" questions.
