Verizon Business Customer Service Representative interview questions

Applied online, phone interview, in person computer assessment (this was in 40 miles from where I live and it took approximately 4 hours), panel interview (with team lead, site lead, and site admin), took three months overall (apparently they interviewed a ton of people). There was also a drug test and a background test.

It was overall a very nice experience. I was called by HR and we dicussed the role and then I was pushed forward to the hiring manager. He then explained further and setup an in person interview. I interviewed with the Associate Director and the sales manager. The overall interview was generally laid back and we just talked about myself and the position.
